Tomato Paste Cold Break 36/38 °Brix is prepared from washed, sorted, disintegration, sieved and concentrating of the edible part of the tomato. All raw materials and the process involved in the preparation of this product are in accordance with good manufacturing practices and under strict sanitary conditions. Tomato Paste Cold Break 36/38 °Brix is 100% tomatoes natural and contains no additives, preservatives, essence, flavorings or colorings of any kind. It is Non-GMO and Free Allergens. Tomato Paste 36/38 °Brix is prepared in accordance with HACCP and GMP regulations FDA 21 CFR Part 120 and Part 110 and EU.
Tomato Paste Triple Concentrate – Cold Break 36-38% is produced from completely ripe, healthy, undamaged, washed tomatoes. This product is cold break processed to achieve a BRIX measurement of 36-38%. It is bright red in color with a fresh, fruity flavor and aroma, and it can be used in ketchup, juices, soups, etc.

Cold break: Obtained by Cold Break technology, this type of paste is rich in fibers but has a low consistency. This product is particularly suitable for the production of tomato juice. Cold break tomato paste is produced by heating tomato pulp up to 66°C
Tomato Paste Cold Break is a thick paste made by cooking tomatoes for several hours to reduce the water content, straining out the seeds and skins, and cooking the liquid again to reduce the base to a thick, rich concentrate.[1] It is used to impart an intense tomato flavour to a variety of dishes, such as pasta, soups and braised meat.
By contrast, tomato purée is a liquid with a thinner consistency than tomato paste, while tomato sauce is even thinner in consistency.[2]
PACKAGING:
Tomato Paste Cold Break is packed in new metal drums. The metal drums is open–head drums with lids, and all of the uniform
height and weight (± 1.0 kg) in the same shipment. The drums is in good condition and without rust or peeling inside
or outside.
Aseptic package is used as the inner packaging for contact with the product.
The packaging materials comply with the requirements of the relevant version of the concerned EU regulation and its
implementation measures.
